📐 Dimensions & Specifications

• Overall Footprint: 251.5 mm (W) x 170.2 mm (D) x 281 mm (H) 
• Printer Compatibility: Easily fits on standard 260x260mm beds.
• Assembly: Parts feature carefully calculated tolerances (0.15mm to 0.2mm) for a snug, satisfying fit. A few drops of CA glue (superglue) will lock everything permanently in place.

🧵 Recommended Filaments for the "Heirloom" Look

To achieve the authentic, premium wooden aesthetic shown in the hero images, we highly recommend using Matte PLA for the body and Silk PLA for the hardware accents:

• Main Carcass & Roof: Walnut Brown Matte PLA (grounds the piece and beautifully mimics aged wood).
• Pillars & Faceplates: Cinnabar Red Matte PLA (a traditional, muted brick red).
• Lattice & Hardware: Antique Gold Silk PLA (provides a soft, realistic metallic reflection for the ornate details).

⚙️ Printing Settings

• Support: None required. All parts (carcass, drawers, faceplates, hardware, and roof) print 100% support-free.
• Placement: Print the Faceplates, Lattice Doors, and Hardware completely flat on their backs. Print the Pillars laying horizontally on the bed. Print the Carcass, Drawers, and Roof right-side-up.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm (Essential for balancing print speed and capturing the support-free 45-degree chamfers cleanly ).
• Wall Loops: 3 to 4 loops (Crucial for giving the drawer carcass a premium, heavy feel and ensuring the chamfers print perfectly solid ).
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended to prevent internal stresses from warping the large boxes ).
• Material: Matte PLA & Silk PLA (Walnut Brown and Cinnabar Red Matte PLA for the architecture, Antique Gold Silk PLA for the hardware and lattice ). Note: Increase your purge volumes when transitioning from Silk back to Matte to prevent a glittery residue.
• Speed: Slow down outer wall speed to 50 mm/s for the Ring and Keyed Plug (Essential for precise 0.15mm tolerances on the 45-degree puzzle lock ).
