玩耍时需提前确认回旋区域空旷，抛掷后及时躲避回旋轨迹，避免被回飞的镖体误伤，建议在无人的草地、空场使用。

甩镖技巧：右手拿镖时手拿一头，另外一头朝前，地面朝下。甩动时偏向上方甩动，和打水漂相似（打水漂是向下平飞，回旋镖是向上平飞）。注意有风时切勿顺风甩镖，逆风甩镖时回旋速度过快注意你的头部安全。
