CAME DIR10 / DIR20 / DIR30 — 90° Right Angle Mounting Bracket

Custom 90-degree angle bracket designed specifically for CAME DIR series gate photocells (DIR10, DIR20, DIR30).

When installing photocells on the front face of fence posts, square pillars, or masonry walls, this bracket turns the sensor 90 degrees perpendicular so the infrared beam shoots directly across the driveway opening.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings

This is an outdoor functional part exposed to rain, UV, and heat:

• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS (PLA is not recommended for outdoor UV and summer heat).
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm (or 0.28 mm for fast print).
• Perimeters / Walls: 4 walls (provides solid material for all screw fastenings).
• Infill: 25% – 30% (Gyroid or Grid).
• Supports: None required — place the flat back mounting face directly on the print bed.
• Quantity: Print 2 copies (one for each side of the gate).

🔧 Installation

1. Fasten the bracket to the gate post or wall using 2 screws.
2. Mount the CAME DIR photocell base into the bracket using 4x M4 screws.
3. Wire the optical module and click the dark front cover into place.
