Food Slicer Assistant – Onion & Potato Cutting Guide
Keep onions, potatoes and similar vegetables steady while slicing. This one-piece kitchen helper has a wide grip and a row of pointed prongs that hold the food while the spaces between them guide the knife.
Push the prongs into the vegetable, hold the handle and slice between the prongs on a stable cutting board. No assembly or additional hardware is needed.
Model size: approximately 80.2 × 125.4 × 4.5 mm. The STL is supplied in the flat printing orientation.
Printing: the original published profile uses PLA, 0.22 mm layers, 2 walls and 15% infill. Print flat with the broad side on the build plate. The original profile estimate is around 39 minutes and 17 g; results depend on the printer and filament.
After printing, remove any loose strands and check the prongs before use. Hand-wash after use.
