Gothic Pumpkin of the Smiling Court

Description

Long ago, at the edge of a forgotten autumn kingdom, there stood a small palace where every doorway was carved with curling leaves, pointed arches and the symbols of an ancient royal house.

Above its main gate hung a peculiar pumpkin.

Unlike the grim guardians placed around the palace walls, this one always wore a quiet smile.

The servants called it the Smiling Court, believing that as long as the pumpkin continued to smile, no darkness could cross the threshold. Every autumn its vines grew a little farther around the stonework, twisting themselves into elegant baroque patterns as though the palace itself were slowly becoming part of the garden.

Then, one October night, the entire court vanished.

The halls became silent.

The gates rusted shut.

The gardens swallowed the paths.

But the pumpkin remained.

Even now, its gothic arches frame the same strange, peaceful expression. Some say the smile is simply part of the carving. Others claim it becomes slightly wider whenever someone stops long enough to look directly at it.

Perhaps it remembers the people who once lived behind those gates.

Or perhaps it knows they are coming back.

Gothic Pumpkin of the Smiling Court is an ornate wall decoration combining a cheerful pumpkin face with cathedral-inspired gothic arches, fleur-de-lis details and flowing baroque foliage. Its flat back and integrated hanging hole make it easy to display on a wall, creating a Halloween decoration that feels playful at first glance… and just a little mysterious the longer you look at it.
