Required Printing Material
Print this part using ABS or ASA only.
Because the tray is intended for installation inside a vehicle, behind the infotainment screen, it may be exposed to high temperatures when the car is parked in direct sunlight. ABS or ASA is required for better heat resistance and dimensional stability in this application.
- Recommended materials: ABS or ASA
- Not recommended: PLA or standard PETG, as these materials may deform under elevated temperatures inside a vehicle
- Suggested layer height: 0.20 mm
- Suggested wall count: 3–4 perimeters
- Suggested infill: 15–25%
- Printer recommendation: An enclosed 3D printer suitable for printing ABS or ASA
These settings are starting points and may need adjustment depending on your printer, filament and chosen part orientation. Follow the filament manufacturer's recommendations, including ventilation and other safety precautions when printing ABS or ASA.

Instalation Notes
Slide the tray in from the right side to the left, positioning it behind the infotainment screen until it is properly seated.
