A spiderweb pattern roller for pressing a web into fondant, clay, polymer clay or cookie dough while it is still soft. The pattern covers the barrel from end to end, so one pass leaves a row of webs rather than a single motif, and the raised strands sit high enough that the gaps between them read as open space instead of blurring together. Roll it once with even pressure, lift it straight up, and the imprint comes away clean, and on polymer clay a light dusting of cornflour keeps the strands from pulling. The barrel is about 100 mm long and 24 mm across, printed as one solid piece with no supports, and it suits matte black or a dark grey PLA where the shadows do the work. A small season tool that earns its place in a clay or baking drawer the rest of the year.
