BBQ Sauce Caddy — 4-Bottle Version (Bullseye)
A carry tray for barbecue sauce bottles, with an arched handle and flame cut-outs. Designed around a common bottle shape: flat oval "barrel" bottles up to 85 × 50 mm, up to about 175 mm tall — fits at least German/EU BBQ sauce bottles from Bull's-Eye, Aldi clones, etc.
Design notes
- No supports anywhere. The handle opening is arched, not flat-topped, so the widest unsupported span in the whole part is 11.6 mm.
- Drainage without feet. Each pocket has a drain hole that feeds a shallow 6 × 1.2 mm channel in the underside of the floor, running out through the side wall. The base sits flat on the bed, which is also the best insurance against warping on a 287 cm² PETG floor.
- Sealed corners. The dead space between the round pockets and the rectangular shell is closed at the top, so nothing collects where you can't clean it.
- Engraved sides, 0.6 mm deep — nothing protrudes, so two trays stand side by side in a fridge.
- Fits under a 249 mm fridge shelf with both versions.
Printed as
PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 0.4 mm nozzle, 2.0 mm walls, lightning infill 10 %, no supports, no brim. Roughly 375 g and 12.5 hours on an Anycubic Kobra S1.
Check your bottles first. Measure the widest point of yours before printing — the pocket sizes above are what fit mine, and bottle shapes vary between brands and production runs.
