⚠️ CRITICAL PRINTING NOTICE (SUPPORT BLOCKERS)

DO NOT REMOVE THE EMBEDDED SUPPORT BLOCKERS! The project / 3MF file includes 2 custom Support Blockers precisely placed on the threads of both the screw and the nut. If supports are generated inside the threads, the pitch and tolerances will be ruined. Keep the blockers enabled for smooth, clean threading straight off the build plate.

🔧 Screw Assembly Instructions

The mounting screw is inserted from inside the feeder body outward through the back slot:

1. Option A (Fixed / Glued): Add a drop of super glue (Cyanoacrylate) under the screw head to lock it permanently in place.
2. Option B (Removable): Leave it unglued. When mounting to the cage, hold the screw head in place with your finger from inside the container so it doesn't spin while tightening the external nut.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings

• Filament: PLA, PETG, or ABS (PETG recommended for frequent water cleaning).
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm (or 0.16 mm for extra smooth threads).
• Walls / Perimeters: 3 to 4 (crucial for perch and thread strength).
• Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid).
• Supports: Only where necessary on the main body (do not touch thread blockers).

Comedero de tolva automático diseñado específicamente para el interior de jaulas de aves pequeñas y medianas (canarios, jilgueros, periquitos, diamantes, agapornis, etc.).

Su diseño por gravedad asegura un suministro constante y limpio de semillas, evitando el desperdicio y manteniendo el alimento protegido bajo su tapa superior. Incluye percha de apoyo frontal integrada con 3 soportes reforzados y un sistema de sujeción entre barrotes mediante tornillo y tuerca de apriete manual, sin necesidad de tornillería metálica.

⚠️ AVISO IMPORTANTE DE IMPRESIÓN (BLOQUEADORES DE SOPORTE)

¡NO ELIMINAR LOS BLOQUEADORES DE SOPORTE DEL ARCHIVO/PERFIL! El archivo 3MF incluye 2 bloqueadores de soporte (Support Blockers) configurados específicamente en las zonas de rosca del tornillo y de la tuerca. Si el laminador genera soportes dentro de las roscas, la tolerancia y el paso de rosca se arruinarán. Imprime respetando los bloqueadores para un enrosque suave y perfecto directo de la cama.

🔧 Instrucciones de Montaje del Tornillo

El tornillo de fijación trasero se introduce desde el interior del depósito hacia afuera:

1. Opción A (Fijo / Recomendado): Puedes aplicar una gota de cianocrilato (Super Glue) en la cabeza del tornillo para dejarlo fijado permanentemente al cuerpo del comedero.
2. Opción B (Desmontable): Puedes dejar el tornillo suelto sin pegar. Al colocarlo en la jaula y apretar la tuerca exterior, simplemente sujeta la cabeza del tornillo con el dedo desde el interior del depósito para evitar que gire sobre sí mismo mientras aprietas la tuerca.

⚙️ Parámetros de Impresión Recomendados

• Material: PLA, PETG o ABS (PETG recomendado si se va a lavar frecuentemente con agua caliente).
• Altura de capa: 0.20 mm (o 0.16 mm para una rosca aún más suave).
• Paredes / Perímetros: 3 o 4 (para máxima resistencia en la percha y roscas).
• Relleno (Infill): 15% - 20% (Giroide o Cuadrícula).
• Soportes: Solo donde sean estrictamente necesarios en el cuerpo principal (¡respetando los bloqueadores de rosca!).
