Transformable model featuring multiple articulation points. The engines can rotate, and the side armor panels can open. The vehicle's tires are movable, and its doors can open. The top of the vehicle is designed to connect with the landing ship.
The Giant Tree-class Planetary Landing Ship is a heavy orbital deployment platform. Its hull draws inspiration from Earth's ancient giant trees, featuring heavy armor plating and an independent life-support system. Rather than being designed for large-scale troop deployment, it specializes in single-point, in-depth planetary exploration. Upon reaching the orbit of a target planet, the Giant Tree-class vessel hovers in low orbit and precisely deploys its sole partner—the Branch-class Planetary Rover—to the surface via a bottom-mounted drop bay.
The Branch-class Planetary Rover serves as the "eyes" and "hands" of the Giant Tree. Equipped with a full-spectrum geological scanner, atmospheric sampling arms, and an autonomous navigation system, it can operate independently on alien planetary surfaces for months at a time. All data collected by the rover is transmitted in real time back to the mothership in orbit via a quantum link, where the Giant Tree's central processor performs comprehensive analysis to produce a complete planetary habitability report.
