🔧 Injection mold for repairing Xiaomi G9 / G10 (and Dreame) vacuum charger cable
I made a two-part injection mold for fixing the charger cable on Xiaomi G9 / G10 vacuums.
Works the same for Dreame models too 👍
How to use:
- 🧴 Before injecting the glue, coat the mold with silicone grease or dry PTFE
- 🗜️ Clamp the mold tightly, inject the adhesive and wait until it cools – done!
- ✂️ Before injecting, scrape off as much of the old insulation as possible and cut away any protruding damaged parts – this way the new material embeds cleanly and looks much better
