Drop in replacements for LM series ball bushings. No balls, no noise, no shopping.
Twelve solid polymer bushings in the exact LM envelope: same bore, same outside diameter, same length as the steel ball bushings on your printer, your CNC or your camera slider. Pull the old one out of the pillow block, press this one in.
Commercial solid polymer bushings exist and they cost real money per piece. This is that idea, printable, in every common size at once.
Glide, not roll
The bore is not a smooth cylinder. It carries 6 to 19 internal lands depending on size, in the style of commercial polymer bushings: the rod rides on narrow ribs, the grooves between them cut friction, trap dust away from the contact and hold lubricant.
Printed standing, the layer ridges inside the grooves work for you instead of against you.
Verified, not estimated
Every size checked in CAD before release:
- Bore clearance: 0.20 mm on the diameter, identical on all 12
- Outside diameter and length: exact LM catalogue dimensions
- Land geometry verified solid by solid on every model
One clearance across the family means one calibration: dial in the LM8UU on your rod, and the other eleven fit the same way.
