Tactical Rugged Carabiner

A compact and rugged 3D printable tactical-style carabiner designed for everyday utility. Featuring a durable mechanical locking design, this model is ideal for organizing gear, attaching accessories, keychains, gloves, paracord, backpacks, and other EDC equipment.

Strength Test

✅ Load tested to 35+ kg under static conditions.

Important: This test is for reference only. Actual strength depends on your printer, filament, print settings, orientation, and assembly quality.

Recommended Print Settings

• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Walls: 4-6
• Top/Bottom Layers: 5
• Infill: 40-100% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended)
• Material: PETG, ABS, ASA, or Nylon for maximum durability
• Print Orientation: Flat as provided

Assembly

• Install the screws as shown in the photos.
• Verify that the locking mechanism moves smoothly before use.
• Tighten screws without over-tightening.
