PRINTING

• -All plates use .20 layer across the board, .4 nozzle, 15% rectilinear infill. Do not use gyroid, I've tested this several times, it has a hard time with the disc slope surface
• -For better resolution/quality on the disc slope, feel free to use .16 or .12 layers. Will take longer to print.
• -TOP AND BOTTOM DISC defaults 50mm/sec outer & inner wall speed. Helps with print quality on disc slope.
• -Supports are pre-set per plate/model, no need to modify
• -I'm using Random Seam, feel free to use aligned seam
• -Simple design, 5 parts
• -DO NOT USE GLUE, entire assembly stands on it's own weight. Designed to take apart easy to rechage the pucks
• -Assembled dimensions: Base width 108mm, Saucer width 200mm, overall height approx 222mm
• -Currently Testing - Scarf joint, Better Transparent filament settings

Use Transparent PETG/PLA

• -Ray beam (stand)
• -Main base

Use Grey/Silver PETG/PLA

• -Top of disc
• -Bottom of disk
• -Puck light coupler (inside)
