”大美中原，老家河南“—河南博物院建筑模型 Architectural Model of the Henan Museum

河南博物院（Henan Museum），位于中国 河南省 郑州市 金水区 农业路8号， 民国 十六年（1927年）7月，确定开封法院西街前法政学校校舍为馆址，是为河南博物院发轫之始。1961年，河南省博物馆由开封迁至省会郑州，位于 紫荆山 的河南展览馆“禅让”给有着厚重历史的河南博物馆。1997年7月，中原石刻艺术馆与河南省博物馆合并，成立河南博物院。1998年，河南省博物馆从郑州市人民路迁至郑州市农业路更名为“河南博物院”；同年5月1日，河南博物院新馆落成开放。

Henan Museum, located at No. 8 Nongye Road, Jinshui District, Zheng City, Henan Province, China, traces its origins to July 1927 (the 16th year of the Republic of China era), when the former school building of the Fa Zheng School on West Court Street in Kaifeng was designated as its first site. This marked the beginning of the institution. In 1961, the museum relocated from Kaifeng to Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, taking over the Henan Exhibition Hall building at Zijingshan. In July 1997, the Central Plains Stone Carving Art Museum merged with the Henan Provincial Museum, leading to the establishment of the Henan Museum. In 1998, the institution moved from Renmin Road in Zhengzhou to its current address on Nongye Road and was renamed Henan Museum. The new building officially opened to the public on May 1 of the same year.

The model is divided into four parts along the diagonal axis, allowing for direct assembly through splicing. Due to its large size, traditional mortise-and-tenon joints were not adopted, and adhesive is required for fixation.
