Description
Geared Finger Fidget – The Gears Are Connected!
A satisfying 3D-printed fidget toy that connects all four fingers through a set of interlocking helical gears. Slide your fingers into the four rings and move them — thanks to the chevron/herringbone gear teeth, each finger's motion is transferred to its neighbors, creating a smooth, mechanical, oddly relaxing connected movement.
Features:
  • 4 herringbone-cut gears that mesh together for real connected motion
  • Snap-fit gear rings (red) that click into the white finger holders
  • Smooth rotation once assembled — great desk toy / stress reliever
  • Two-color design (works great with a color change or dual-extrusion setup)
  • No supports needed for most parts; small, fast prints
Print Settings:
  • Material: PLA / PETG
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 15–20%
  • Supports: Not required (test overhangs on your printer)
  • Recommended: Print gears in a contrasting color from the holder for the best visual effect
Assembly:
Snap each red gear ring into its white finger holder socket (they click into place via the small tabs), then push the assembled rings together so the teeth mesh. Slide onto your fingers and enjoy the connected rolling motion.
