Description

Santa Wine Bottle Cover / Gift Box

This year, I went to the North Pole to help Santa out, I've got a special task - to come up with something to help with gifts for “bigger kids” ;) Since Santa has to travel far and fast, I knew that the more fragile gifts could use a bit of extra protection. That’s why I created this adorable and practical Santa Wine Bottle Cover!

This charming bottle cover not only protects the bottle inside but also serves as a delightful gift all by itself.

To make it more travel-friendly, the pom-pom on Santa's hat is removable, allowing you to pour from the bottle while it remains safely protected in the cover.

As a bonus, when the bottle and pom-pom are removed the Santa bottle cover transforms into a festive vase! Plus, the pom-pom can souble as a bottle topper – it fits any bottle with a top diameter of less than 37mm, and tapered design allows it to fit smaller openings easily.

Design Details:

Made to fit a standard 750ml Bordeaux Wine Bottle, should fit most of the standard ones with room to spare. All parts fit within A1 Mini build volume and use the minimal amount of colors. When fully assembled the Santa bottle cover measures 32.5cm tall with 10cm diameter in the widest spot.

Note: If you need to fit a larger size bottle, see the printing recommendations below.

Item sizes:

  • Santa: 17,5cm tall, 10cm external diameter, 8cm internal diameter
  • Hat: 12cm tall, 10cm diameter
  • Pom-Pom: 4.5cm tall, 5.5cm diameter

Assembly instructions:

Print plates are set in order of how the Santa bottle cover is assembled, so you can start assembly as quickly as possible.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Glue in the eyes.
  2. Attach the Santa hat by screwing it into place (this helps align the beard).
  3. Slide the beard from the bottom up, then place small dabs of glue on the sides of Santa’s face, the back, and where the nose will be.
  4. Glue the beard while ensuring it aligns neatly with the bottom of the Santa hat's rim.
  5. Glue in the belt buckle.
  6. Finally, put the pom-pom on top of the hat.

Printing Recommendations:

Important: The beard is quite challenging to print, make sure your filament is well dried and your print plate clean!
