07.2025: V2 more robust and added a place for the original cables.

I have noticed that the fan for the power supply and driver board on the Anycubic S1 blows into the case in a very undirected manner. With this fan, the airflow is channelled directly onto the mainboard and into the power supply unit, thus improving cooling. I have designed it so that a larger fan with a depth of 25mm will also fit.

I measured the effect using a thermocouple on the stepper drivers!

It may also be possible to reduce the speed of the fan with the step-down module, for noise reduction, but this is at your own risk.


Print with PETG, ABS, ASA or similar ( just to be on the safe side )

Mount it with standard Fan screws


In case anyone is interessted: tested the temperatures with the origial fan at 16V and the Noctua R8 at 10V ( with the noctua even better temp )
