BUUNO - The 3D Printable Card Game (Themed Variant)

Are you ready for a fun game night? Let me introduce you to BUUNO, a fully 3D printable card game inspired by the classic UNO, but with a unique twist: the addition of a special dice that changes the fate of the game!

The design includes themed embossed details (pumpkins, ghosts, witches, vampires, spiders) making it perfect for Halloween or for a spooky game night all year round.

What you will find in the download files:

• Card Set: Numbered and special cards finely modeled in 3D.
• The BUUNO Dice: The true heart of the game, with custom faces.
• Card Holder (Dispenser): A great dispenser for the draw and discard piles, decorated with a spider web design.

THE RULES OF BUUNO

The basic rules follow the classic logic (match the color, symbol, or number of the top card on the discard pile), but with completely new mechanics!

The Dice Roll (The new feature!) When it is your turn and you do not have a playable card in your hand, you do not draw a random card from the deck. Instead, you must roll the special dice. Here is what happens based on the result:

• +1: You must draw 1 card from the deck.
• +2: You must draw 2 cards from the deck.
• +3: You must draw 3 cards from the deck.
• -1 (Stroke of luck!): You can immediately discard one card of your choice from your hand!

The Special Cards In addition to the classic numbers, the deck includes cards to sabotage your opponents:

• +3 Cards: The next player must draw 3 cards and skips their turn.
• +5 Cards: A true curse! The next player must draw 5 cards and skips their turn.
• Stop: The next player skips their turn.

The Golden Rule: "BUUNO!" As per tradition, the goal of the game is to run out of cards. When you are about to play your second-to-last card and are left with only one card in your hand, you must shout out loud: "BUUNO!". Warning: if you forget to say it and another player notices before the turn passes, you will have to draw 2 penalty cards!

3D Printing Tips

This project is designed to be easily printed and customized:

• Card colors: You do not need dozens of different files! You can print the exact same card files simply by changing the filament color (e.g., print a red set, a blue set, a green set, a yellow set, etc.).
• Embossed details: The designs and numbers on the cards are raised. You can use a multi-color system (like the Bambu Lab AMS) or set a simple filament color change (Pause at height) in your slicer for the final layers. This makes the symbols stand out with a contrasting color (e.g., purple base, black designs).
• Recommended material: PLA or PETG work perfectly.
• Resolution: A layer height of 0.16mm or 0.20mm is recommended to get smooth cards and well-defined details.
